Service Communications was founded in April 1994 by Keith and Beanie Hendrick. With a love for the industry, their customers, and technology, the Hendricks built a successful company by providing their customers with top-notch technology and personal customer service.
In 2001 Rachel Romero began working at Service Communications as a receptionist. Over the next 13 years, she became involved in every aspects of the business. With the untimely passing of Mr. Keith in 2014, Rachel and her husband, Hunter, purchased Service Communications from Mrs. Hendrick. With the heartfelt desire to carry on a legacy that the Hendricks had built, Rachel and Hunter began their journey as the new owners and leaders of this amazing organization.
